During these transformational times, the need is for each of us to recognise and release the inspiration for Leadership that is within. By definition leadership cannot be self-serving, the potential of the leadership within us may be lying dormant as an untapped energy waiting to be liberated. ALL is intent upon releasing the attributes of leadership.
ALL works collaboratively with individuals and groups who are intent upon breaking new ground. Inspired by a sense of spiritual purpose to their lives, mentors and mentees alike, have a clear desire to co-create a new reality for the planet and its people. Each one of us is a part of the whole and by co-operatively pooling our resources, talents and gifts we create something greater than the sum of its parts.
The ability to establish new paradigms for our lives may possibly be the greatest challenge of all (and of ALL). Operating within new contexts will also place its own demands. Our perceptions of ourselves and the effectiveness of the way we interact with others are inevitably going to be impacted upon. Raising our awareness of any or each of these aspects is relevant to the process of liberating the Leader within.
